INTRODUCTION

US Stock Market Indices got crushed yesterday with the NASDAQ down over -4% and S&P 500 down nearly -3%.

We have seen many names drop 50% from the highs.

I want to be very blunt to our readers right now…Charts can be misguiding. The uneducated trader may look at a stock beaten down -50% from the highs and consider it CHEAP. This is the wrong way to think.

A stock is never ‘CHEAP’ based off of its chart, so get that out of your head. As traders, we want to be in the market leaders. We want to be in winning stocks.

The tide has shifted though, we have seen the Tech Boom to now the commodity boom!
